The structure, even if very simple, is decent and clean; the rooms on the 3rd floor are all new and refurbished! The staff is friendly and helpful. However I recommend it and if it happens, I will return!

Very kind and helpful staff, the fantastic location, both for reaching the center by public transport and for getting around on foot, it is 2 steps from San Pietro. The simple but good breakfast, with sweet and savory and many drinks (both cold and hot) available.
